Returns
Charm & Chain’s complete return policy may be found here. We accept returns within fifteen (15) days of delivery to you. All returns MUST include the Return Form enclosed in your original package. To request an additional Return Form, please email returns@charmandchain.com. Items purchased on sale, or specified as Vintage or One of a Kind, are returnable for store credit only. Merchandise without original tags intact is non-returnable.
